CEEBA, the Egyptian Partner of the MedBEESinessHubs<\/a>\u00a0project, in collaboration with the\u00a0Alex Chamber \u0627\u0644\u063a\u0631\u0641\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u062a\u062c\u0627\u0631\u064a\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0635\u0631\u064a\u0629 \u0628\u0627\u0644\u0625\u0633\u0643\u0646\u062f\u0631\u064a\u0629<\/a>\u00a0have organized a “Bee of Tomorrow” dialogue, bringed together\u00a0beekeepers<\/a>, bee-related MSMEs,\u00a0public authorities<\/a>, business owners, and\u00a0entrepreneurs<\/a>\u00a0involved in the\u00a0honeybee<\/a>\u00a0sector and\u00a0slow tourism<\/a>\u00a0Services.<\/p>

The event introduced the MedBEESinessHub project\u2019s objectives and activities, and explained how MSMEs and start-ups in the honeybee sector can benefit from the project by:<\/p>

• Linking the honeybee sector stakeholders and private sector representatives to instruct on and discuss best practices, important research results, and policy frameworks.<\/li>
• Training on handcrafting honeybee products and technical aspects of handcrafting honeybee products in food, cosmetics, and gifts.<\/li>
• Training for business management and finance.<\/li>
• Training to develop holistic approaches and to create sustainable destinations with a focus on the honeybee and honeybee products.<\/li>
• Creation of an online exhibition hall to promote the Mediterranean honeybee businesses, products and destinations.<\/li>
• Offering 10 grants of up to \u20ac50,000 granted (\u20ac5,000 per beneficiary) to young people for business and product development.<\/li><\/ul>
