INTECMED: Call for Subgrants for Innovative Ideas is now open!
The EU-funded INTECMED project Call for Subgrants for Innovative Ideas is now open!
Participants will have the opportunity to participate in a mentorship programme, with winners receiving free mentoring and business plan development training and guidance.
The project aims to build a local integrated innovation ecosystem to support technology transfer and commercialization of research findings and strengthen ties between research, industry, the private sector, and citizens.
At least 48 innovators, researchers and entrepreneursfrom Egypt, Greece, Spain, and Tunisia will benefit from INTECMED mentorship programmes, which will help them market their research findings, in which the best 12 ideas will compete for Three grants to realize their innovative business ideas:
First prize: 30.000 €, Second place: €20.000, and 10.000 € for third place.
This intervention will have a significant economic and social impact, assisting in creating an environment that promotes entrepreneurship, innovation, and job creation.
Eligibility:
- Natural or legal persons selected in the INTECMED call for business ideas and participate in the mentorship programme. That includes individual entrepreneurs, researchers, MSMEs and spin-offs.
- Applicants must be residing in Egypt, Greece, Spain, or Tunisia.
- In the case of Egypt: only participants residing in the eligible governorates: Alexandria, Marsa Matruh, Al-Iskandanyah, Al Buhayrah, Kafr ash Shaykh, Ad Daqahliyah, Dumyat, Ash Sharquiyah, Al Isma’iliyah, Bur Sa’id.
Applications:
Sub-grants will take the form of a reimbursement of costs.

مشروع INTECMED الذي يموله الاتحاد الأوروبي يدعوكم للحصول على منح فرعية لذوي الأفكار الأعمال التجارية المبتكرة.
المشاركين ستتاح لهم الفرصة للمشاركة في برنامج إرشادي ، حيث يتلقى الفائزون توجيهًا مجانيًا وتدريبًا وتوجيهًا لتطوير خطة العمل الخاصة بهم.
هدف المشروع هو بناء نظام إيكولوجي محلي متكامل للابتكار لدعم نقل التكنولوجيا وتسويق نتائج البحوث وتقوية الروابط بين البحث والصناعة والقطاع الخاص والمواطنين و خلق بيئة تعزز روح المبادرة والابتكار وخلق فرص العمل.
سيستفيد ما لا يقل عن 48 من المبتكرون و الباحثين و رواد الأعمال من مصر واليونان وإسبانيا وتونس من برامج الإرشاد INTECMED ، والذى سيساعدهم في تسويق نتائج أبحاثهم. من أصل 48 مشارك، سيتنافس أفضل 12 فكرة على ثلاث منح لتحقيق أفكارهم التجارية المبتكرة:
الجائزة الأول: 30.000 يورو
المركز الثاني: 20.000 يورو
المركز الثالث: 10.000 يورو
معايير أهلية الحصول على المنح الفرعية للمشروع:
- الأشخاص العادية والاعتبارية المختارة في دعوة INTECMED لأفكار الأعمال التجارية التي شاركت في برنامج الإرشاد هم من لديهم الحق في التقديم على المنح الفرعية. ويشمل ذلك رواد الأعمال الأفراد والباحثين والشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والشركات المنبثقة.
- يجب أن يكون المتقدمون مقيمين في مصر أو اليونان أو إسبانيا أو تونس.
- في حالة مصر: يتأهل المشاركون المقيمين في المحافظات الاتية: الإسكندرية ، مرسى مطروح ، البحيرة ، كفر الشيخ ، الدقهلية ، دمياط ، الشرقية ، الإسماعيلية ، بور سعيد.
التقديم:
ستأخذ المنح الفرعية شكل تعويض للتكاليف.
