Funded by the Interreg NEXT MED Programme, this 36-month initiative unites partners across Cyprus, Egypt, Italy, Lebanon, Palestine, and Jordan to revitalise rural communities by unlocking the full economic and ecological potential of bees.
PLANBEE aims to:
✅ Empower youth, women, and local entrepreneurs through cutting-edge mixed reality training.
✅ Foster sustainable beekeeping practices and professional business support.
✅ Boost product differentiation with smart branding and innovative “smart hives.”
✅ Expand Apitourism through the development of new and existing HoneyBeeRoutes.
