CEEBA is proud to be the Egyptian partner in the HorizonCraft project, an Interreg NEXT MED initiative dedicated to tackling youth unemployment and bridging the gap between education and the labor market in key Mediterranean regions.
The project directly addresses critical skills shortages by creating a dynamic Euro-Mediterranean internship scheme. It connects young people in Egypt, Lebanon, and Italy with hands-on work experience in local MSMEs, while also training businesses to become effective mentors. This dual approach empowers youth with job-ready skills and strengthens the capacity of small businesses to grow and innovate.
Together with our partners, we are building stronger links between the next generation of talent and the economic engines of our communities. HorizonCraft is a practical voyage toward greater opportunity, inclusion, and shared prosperity across the Mediterranean.
