The Confederation of Egyptian European Associations (CEEBA) and Have a Dream (HAD), Egyptian partners of the EU-funded HorizonCraft project (Interreg NEXT MED), are launching a call for tenders for the logistics of 15 young Italian trainees doing internships in Cairo, Egypt.
The call has two lots — you may bid for one or both:
- Lot 1 — Accommodation & subsistence: accommodation in Cairo for the internship period, plus a daily allowance for meals and local transport.
- Lot 2 — Travel, insurance, visa & airport transfers: return flights Cagliari–Cairo, travel insurance, visa and extension formalities, and airport transfers.
Two procedures under one set of documents:
- CEEBA for 12 trainees — ref. CEEBA/HC/2026/001
- HAD for 3 trainees — ref. HAD/HC/2026/001
For each lot, submit two separate offers — one to CEEBA and one to HAD.
Budget: EUR 75,000 maximum, all taxes included (CEEBA EUR 60,000; HAD EUR 15,000), up to EUR 5,000 per trainee. Offers above the maximum price per lot will be rejected.
