The Confederation of Egyptian European Business Associations (CEEBA), is seeking to appoint two external experts for capacity building activities in port logistics and road transport in Alexandria, Egypt within the framework of the EU-funded TECHLOG project.
The appointed experts will provide capacity building activities that target labor policies in port logistics and road transport, as well as draft proposals for a shared qualification standard for advanced training, licensing, and qualifications for port and transport workers in the Mediterranean region.
Applicants may apply for one of two positions:
Expert Position 1 – Analysis of the Euro-Mediterranean regulatory framework relating to training, licensing and qualifications for port and transport workers and drafting of a preliminary proposal for a common sectorial qualification standard
Expert Position 2 – Drafting of a joint proposal for a shared qualification standard of advanced training, licensing and qualifications for port and transport workers through a capacity building path that involves at least 6 Public Officers from Mediterranean Countries
